The Super Eagles landed in the United States on Tuesday morning local time with the team’s crew believing that the team has all it takes to give CONCACAF Champions, Mexico complete with Manchester United’s Chicharito a good fight in their prestige friendly.

Team Secretary Dayo Enebi Achor, who spoke to Media Officer of the team, Ben Alaiya, said the team is quartered at the luxurious Westin Galleria and Westin Oaks Hotel Hotel in Houston and trains 8pm daily local United States time before the friendly against Mexico .
“The good news is that one of our top strikers, Brown Ideye has joined up with us as he promised and the technical crew and other team members are very happy with the development, " he said.
He also indicated that there are no injury worries in the team, even as some members of the squad were left behind in Germany where the team is camped for the very busy month of June.
