Daniel Sturridge reveals summer advice from Didier Drogba is making him a better player
On-fire Liverpool and England striker has credited former team mate for improving his mental strength

Daniel Sturridge has claimed his excellent start to the season is partly down to pre-season advice from Didier Drogba.
The Liverpool striker continued his fine form with a delightful chip against West Bromwich Albion yesterday, taking his tally for the season to ten goals.
And the 24-year-old has revealed how speaking to his former Chelsea team mate prior to the start of the season, is paying dividends.
Speaking to the Sunday Times, Sturridge said: "I saw Didier in Miami this summer.
"He said the strongest thing an individual can have is the mental strength.
"He told me, 'It's not about the tactical, it's not about the technical, it's not about the physical. If you believe in yourself, that will set you apart.'"
Sturridge has been on fire in front of goal this campaign for Brendan Rodgers' side and was given the task of leading the line in England's recent World Cup qualifiers.
During his time at Stamford Bridge, Sturridge was mainly used as a substitute or in a wider position and admitted that he tried too hard to impress before completing his move to Merseyside.
While the Manchester City academy product attributes some of his success to Drogba, he believes his captain for club and country is helping him believe in his own ability, so much more.
Sturridge added: "Stevie has helped me a lot in terms of mindset.
"He's all about self belief; don't go out there with the mentality of trying to do something. Just let it happen."
