The Sweden international scored four times, becoming only the 10th player in the competition to do so, in les Parisiens' 5-0 win over Anderlecht on Wednesday.
"I feel good," the striker, 32, told BeIn Sport after the win in Belgium. "This year, we are stronger, we have stronger players."
The striker opened his account in the 17th minute after neat work from Gregory van der Wiel, and the pair combined again for his second midway through the half.
Ibrahimovic netted his hat-trick with a stunning 30-yard strike before adding a fourth after the break, with Edinson Cavani also on target for PSG.
"We could win the competition but remember that the further you go, the harder it is," he added.
"My first year in Paris was fantastic, but this year is even better!"
Laurent Blanc's men top Group C with nine points from their opening three clashes, and a goal difference of +11, and face Anderlecht in the return fixture in Paris on Tuesday, November 5. ----------------- goal.com
