West Bromwich Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu is reportedly a January transfer target for Premier League leaders Arsenal.
According to The Sun, the Congo international feels that the time is right for him to leave the Hawthorns.
“I’ve had approaches from Arsenal,” said the 26-year-old.
“I could leave this winter. This is the right time for me to set my sights higher. I’m ready to join a top-four club.
“We are not professional enough in the way we manage our games – for example our draw at Chelsea. We are not mature enough.”
Mulumbu arrived in the Midlands for just £150,000 in the summer of 2009 from Paris Saint-Germain and has since grown into a vital part of the Baggies' engine room.
