Manchester United Preparing A (Javier Hernandez + De Gea + 55 Million) Bid For Ronaldo
By SoccerSouls
Tension at Real Madrid camp is growing as their two big dominant figures Christiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho are unprepared to extend their stay at the Bernabeu. Reports from England suggest that Manchester United are preparing a complex £55m bid plus two of their players in order to bring Ronaldo back.
Manchester United ready to swap both
Javier Hernandez and their goal keeper De Gea for Ronaldo. But the
question is do Real Madrid need these two players?
Javier Hernandez
Karim Benzema and Gonzalo Higuain are
present center forwards for Real neither is producing the kind of output
that Cristiano Ronaldo brings to the club.
So Javier Hernandez aka Chicharito may
have less technical skills than the above mentioned strikers, but his
positioning and goal poaching skills are considered to be one of best in
the world. He had converted 26.7% of chances, means one in four of his
shots end in back of the net.
De Gea
The 22-year-old stopper put in a
reminder of his natural goal keeping talent with a super display against
Real in the Champions League last-16 first leg at the Bernabeu.
But his consistency is a big question. Real Madrid still consider him to be long term replacement for Casillas.
So is this bid enough to secure the
signature of Ronaldo? It still looks bit short as Madrid will not sell
Ronaldo anything less than 100 Million. But if United can pull this off,
what a signing that would be?
