Work resumes at Manaus World Cup stadium

Work was halted at raised areas of the stadium Sunday after one worker fell 35 m to his death and another died of a heart-attack.
Judge Margarete Dantas Pereira Duque Wednesday ruled that the company responsible for the project, Andrade Gutierrez, had taken the necessary measures to ensure workers` safety, reported Xinhua.
Construction remains prohibited on the stadium`s roof at night.
Stadium officials said a new working schedule for the venue would be submitted to authorities within five days.
Saturday`s incidents took to six the number of deaths at Brazil`s 2014 World Cup stadiums.
Arena da Amazonia will host four World Cup matches next June and July.
