Shearer claims Arsenal must sign Benzema to win PL title

London: Premier League`s all-time record goalscorer Alan Shearer has said that he believes Arsenal can win the title if they sign Karim Benzema in January.

According to the Mirror, Arsene Wenger`s side has soared to the top of the league table following a nine-match unbeaten run.


However, that record come to an end with a 1-0 defeat at champions Manchester United on Sunday, meaning their lead stands at a mere two points from second-place Liverpool , the report said.

Shearer said that Arsenal looked a bit lethargic at Old Traffrry Teord and a world-class centre forward like Benzema would force people to revise their opinion on their title winning chances. ANI ------------------------ ZEENEWS.com
