Gareth Bale on target as Real Madrid draw with Juventus; PSG salvage point against Anderlecht thanks to late Ibrahimovic strike
Olympiakos and FC Copenhagen were the other winners on Tuesday, while PSG were held by Anderlecht
Gareth Bale scored his first Champions League goal for Real Madrid as Los Blancos
picked up a point against Juventus in Turin.
The Welshman put Real into the lead (see video below) after Cristiano Ronaldo cancelled out Arturo Vidal's opener - only for Fernando Llorente to ensure the spoils were shared.
In the other match in Group B, FC Copenhagen lifted themselves into third with a narrow victory over Galatasaray. Daniel Braaten's strike was enough to condemn Roberto Mancini's side to defeat in that one.
In Group C, Paris Saint-Germain needed a late Zlatan Ibrahimovic strike to rescue a point against Anderlecht. The Belgians, thrashed by PSG a fortnight ago , defended well and looked to have registered an unlikely win when Demy de Zeeuw scored the opener. Ibrahimovic, though, was not to be denied.
Elsewhere, Olympiakos snuck a victory over Benfica, while Shakhtar Donetsk and Bayer Leverkusen played out a 0-0 draw.
