Eagles: We're Ready to Spill Blood to Beat CIV

Super Eagles players have expressed their readiness to spill their blood to ensure that they eliminate Cote d Ivoire and book their ticket for the championship in South Africa when both sides meet this weekend in the final qualifying game for the championships in Bouake.
Speaking with Complete Sports in Abuja, some of the players said they would play the return leg match as if their existence depend on the outcome of the game in Cote d Ivoire.
Team captain, Chigozie Agbim said that the Eagles would not relax because they have a 4-1 advantage,pointing out that the Eagles are aware that the Ivoriens are very determined to turn the table in Bouake but aasured that would see an even hungrier Eagles.
"We are worried that Nigeria's flag must be hoited in South Africa next year after failing twice to achieve it.This is the motivation we need to go all out for a good result in Bouake.We are determined to achieve this aim and emulate the feat achieved by the 'real' Eagles in South Africa early this year.It is going to be a do-or-die battle in Bouake," Agbim vowed.
Echoing his captain's sentiments,Benjamin Francis said he and his colleagues have promised to give this weekend's game their best shot to ensure that they defend their 4-1 first leg advantage.''
Home Eagles' two-goal hero in the first leg,Sunday Mbah insists there will be no hiding place for the Ivoriens on Saturday stressing that they hope to win again with whatever scoreline.
"We have worked so hard to a point of pain and CIV won't stop their dream of playing in CHAN for the first time'',he sad.
Sunshine of Akure defender,Godfrey Oboabona believes the match will be very explosive and that the hungrier team which he said would be Nigeria will emerge victorious.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles in the last warm up match defeated Abuja based National league side TEAP FC 2-1 with two second half goals by Ifeanyi Ede and Alhaji Gero. ------------------- complete sports
