Despite landing in Congo few hours to kick-off, the Restoration Boys shared points with their hosts in the Caf Confederation Cup game played in Brazzaville on Friday evening
Nigeria’s Bayelsa United played out a 0-0 draw with hosts AS Kondzo of Congo in the first leg first round tie of the Caf Champions League played on Friday evening.
The game played at the Stade Alphonse Massemba-Débat saw the hosts that edged Young Sports Academy of Cameroon in the preliminary round on away goal rule after aggregate score stood at 3-3 completely dominated the game but could not get past the resilient defence of the Nigerians.
