Mexico Set To Unleash Chicharito On Eagles

Manchester United striker, Javier Hernandez tops the list of 23 players that will feature for the Mexico national team in next week's international friendly game against the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Completesportsnigeria.com can confirm.

The match which will hold on May 31 at the Reliant stadium in Houston,Texas,USA is part of SAuper Eagles' preparation for their crowded June fixtures which will include two FIFA 2014 World Cup qualifiers against the Harambees Stars of Kenya and Brave Warriors of Namibia, as well as the FIFA Confederations Cup in Brazil.

The ‘Tricolor’ as Mexico national team are known, will also use the game to prepare for their next three World Cup qualifiers against Jamaica, Panama and Costa Rica, as well as the FIFA Confederations Cup.

Aside from Chicharito, five other Europe-based stars will be paraded by Mexico, and they include Guillermo Ochoa of French Lique 1 side, Ajaccio, as well as the Spanish Liga quatrtet of Giovani Dos Santos (Mallorca), Andres Guardado (Valencia), Javier Aquino (Villareal) and Hector Moreno (Espanyol).

The Super Eagles who are currently camped at the five-star Novina Hotels and training at the Addidas training camp in Herzogenauchrach, Germany, will leave for the match venue in the United States on Tuesday, May 28.

The team will  hit Kenya on June 3 for the all important qualifier against the Harambee  Stars who held them to a 1-1 draw in the first leg played in Calabar in March this year, according to the programme made available to Completesportsnigeria.com. ----------------------- Complete Sports
