Mourinho
has his sights set on a dramatic return to Chelsea and, as revealed in Mirror Sport, could see him earn £12m-a-year and be given a £100m transfer kitty.
It
would be unlikely a deal would be announced until after the end of the
season in England and Spain but negotiations are gathering at a pace.
The
Special One has already struck a ‘peace agreement’ with Perez until the
end of the season so there are no further disagreements or public rows.
But
behind-the-scenes,
they are likely to seal an agreement within a fortnight and his return

Mourinho’s
agent Jorge Mendes - who also represents No1 striker target Falcao -
will meet with Perez and sources in Spain suggested Real Madrid may be
willing to forget the compensation pay off.
That
will speed up Mourinho’s exit after a turbulent season which also saw them crash out of the Champions League semi final this week.
And
Bayern Munich president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge claims Mourinho has asked
Borussia Dortmund striker asking Robert Lewandowski to join him at Chelsea in the summer.
Rummenigge says the Polish striker’s agent Maik Barthel told him
Mourinho had called urging him to spurn the advances of Bayern and
follow him to Chelsea instead.
