Manchester United made light work of West Ham on Saturday afternoon, picking up a 3-1 victory at Old Trafford
Danny Welbeck, Adnan Januzaj and Ashley Young netted the goals at Old Trafford, as David Moyes' side recorded their fourth win on the trot in all competitions.
Wayne Rooney set up the opener following a neat exchange of passes, sliding in Welbeck, who planted a convincing finish past Irons goalkeeper Adrian.
The young striker then turned provided, picking out Januzaj in the area. The Belgian still had plenty to do, but dummied past James Collins before rifling home an emphatic finish.
West Ham stemmed the flow in the second half, but the result was put beyond doubt by substitute Young, whose precise shot made it 3-0.
Carlton Cole netted a late consolation after some slack defending from the hosts, but United were not to be denied. The Red Devils go seventh in the Premier League.
