Jorgensen laments defensive errors against Juventus

The Denmark attacker was highly critical of his side's defensive display in Turin, as they conceded two penalties, both of which were converted by hat-trick hero Arturo Vidal
Copenhagen forward Nicolai Jorgensen could not hide his frustration after his side's hopes of making the last 16 of the Champions League were ended by a 3-1 defeat at Juventus.

The Danes fell behind 29 minutes in when Arturo Vidal converted a penalty after Lars Jacobsen had inexplicably handled in the area but they drew level early in the second half through Olof Mellberg.

However, FCK shot themselves in the foot once more then the latter hauled down Fernando Llorente in the area and Vidal slotted home once more, before adding a header moments later, to seal victory for the hosts and send the visitors crashing out.
"I feel quite bitter right now," Jorgensen told reporters after the game. "I'm annoyed by the defensive mistakes. I feel that we could have got more out of this match.
"We could have got at least a point. We created too few opportunities as well."
Copenhagen will, at least, go into their final game, against Real Madrid on December 10, knowing that a victory would secure them a place in the Europa League. ---------------- goal.com
