The experienced forward is currently recovering
from a knee injury, but he is already thinking about returning to match
action in 2013-14
Diego Milito is eagerly anticipating the 2013-14 campaign and is desperate to make his Inter comeback after a long spell on the sidelines due to injury. The Argentine attacker sustained a cruciate ligament injury in the Europa League match against Cluj back in February and has been out of action ever since.
He is desperate to return to the pitch, though, and has made it clear that his recovery is going well.
"I can't wait to return and get stuck into the new season. I am more determined than ever," Milito said on his official Facebook page.
"I'm recovering in Argentina and it's all going well."
The 34-year-old netted nine goals in 20 Serie A appearances for Inter in 2012-13 before picking up his knee injury. --------------------- goal.com
